SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

1. Shipping Policy

We ship all our product via UPS. Items are shipped insured. We do not charge your credit card until we ship your item.

2. Refund Policy

We will accept returns for a full refund of the product price (this excludes shipping fees) if the item is returned within 10 days of the original ship date and in the same condition that the item was shipped to you.

3. Damaged Merchandise

Cici does all of the packing as she used to ship electronic equipment to trade shows all over the country and overseas. She is very knowledgeable in how to package delicate goods for shipment. All of our items are shipped insured and if your item arrives damaged, just let us know and we will handle filing a claim to recover the damages. You will have the option of replacing the item or accepting the insurance claim settlement.
